Skill Bridge is an HR & education agency based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. When you apply through this site, you share data with us; this page explains what we do with it.

2. What we collect

• Identity: first name, last name.
• Contact: email and/or phone (you choose at least one).
• Profile: country, message you write, and the vacancy you applied to (if any).
• Technical: standard server logs (IP, browser, time of request) for security.

3. What we do with it

We match your profile to current and upcoming roles, and to study programs that fit your goals. A recruiter from our team contacts you using the channel you provided. We do not sell your data, and we never share it with employers without your written consent.

4. How long we keep it

Active candidates: as long as your case is open. After that, two years for legal record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete sooner.

5. Your rights

• Access — see what we hold about you.
• Correction — fix anything wrong.
• Deletion — remove your record (we keep only what regulators require).
• Portability — receive your data in a standard format.

6. Cookies
